Alpha till Alliances Ante is a format already played for some time around the world and the Dutch are joining the hype. While the Music City Old School crew has set a standard, many communities have adopted a bit of their own rules. Our goal is to stay as close as possible to the original format but likely also we will have our specific rules or we just want to make explicit which rules we follow. Below are the specific rules we follow in the Netherlands. But obviously 1:1 you can decide whatever rules you want to follow. Before you start a game, just always check you play using the same rules.
NL Specific / Explicit Rules:
- We play with Mana Burn
- We do sign/alter lost ante cards (unless otherwise agreed upfront)
- Chaos Confetti as Chaos Orb Proxy is not legal
- Apocalypse painlands are not legal
- Minimum of 60 cards, no Sideboard
- London Mulligan
- Best of 1 (After each game you role again who starts)
- Mix/Max value of your deck is between 0 and 1.000.000
- You Shuffle, Cut, Ante!
- Reprint Policy:
- Same Art / Same Frame only
- Foil cards are not allowed
- Reprints (Sets after alliances) are allowed
- Non-English cards are allowed
- IE/ICE cards are allowed
- WCD cards are not allowed
- Deckmasters (2001) and similar sets (no gold border, regular back) are allowed
- M30 cards, including retro M30 are not allowed
